Returns:

Your customer experience is of the upmost importance to us. We strive to make your online shopping experience as enjoyable as possible. If you are not completely satisfied, we would be happy to accept returns up to 14 days after purchase. Should you wish to return any items, it is vital that you return them as they were purchased. We cannot accept the return/refund of any used product without prior approval. If you are unsure, please contact us to discuss your query. Should your request be approved, please send your item back to us with full contact details. Depending on the circumstances, we may not be able to offer a refund for the initial delivery and you will be responsible for payment of the return post. Should a product be incorrect/faulty we will cover the cost of delivery. Please always ensure that you always retain any proof of posting/purchase. We will not accept responsibility for lost or damaged items.

We recommend allowing up to 3-5 days from placing your order to dispatch. As all our handmade creations are hand-crafted with love some products may take longer than anticipated to reach you. Should this be the case, we will liaise via email to keep you informed expected delays. Please wait until 7 working days from your order being placed before contacting us.

Please ensure to check that you have correctly entered your shipping address details house number, street name, county and Eircode, as we cannot be responsible for orders that do not arrive due to error in address. You may incur additional shipping charges if this occurs unless it is the error of Light and Lurve. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot accept responsibility for any lost parcel.

All crystals are unique and come in different shapes, sizes, patterns and tones. They may differ slightly from the pictures displayed on this site. However, they are beautiful in their own imperfect way. Trust that the stone has come to you for a purpose. We do not consider unusual markings in the crystals as a defect and will not accept returns for this reason.
